Beijing Arbitration Commission

If you want to settle the dispute through BAC Medication Center, you may include the following statement while executing the Contract on settling the dispute:
Any and all the disputes arising from or in connection with the Contract may be brought by both parties to Beijing Arbitration Commission Mediation Center for mediation based on the mediation rules effect at that time. Where either party is not willing to mediate or such dispute fails to be settled through mediation, either party may submit to Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration based on the arbitration rules effect at that time.
