You are invited to attend a special joint briefing promoting international arbitration by Australia’s and China’s leading arbitral institutions, the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and the Beijing International Arbitration Center/Beijing Arbitration Commission (BIAC/BAC). For multinational companies and global industry groups, international arbitration is an integral part of good business practice for parties involved in cross border commercial transactions and state investments. This forum will also showcase Australia’s winning bid to host the world’s largest arbitration conference, the International Council for International Arbitration Congress (ICCA) in 2018. The event is supported by the Australian branch of the world’s oldest global arbitral body, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Australia’s leading barristers' association, the Victorian Bar.
